  1. <b>Personal Page Designer</b> is a program which allows you to create scripts
  2. for other users to create Web pages.  The use of PPD and its scripting
  3. capabilities frees a user from the difficult process of programming a
  4. Web page for themselves.
  5.  
  6. With PPD, and knowledge of it's scripting language, you can prepare a
  7. script for any user or purpose.  Your user then need only run PPD with
  8. the script you have provided.  The PPD/script combination will take the
  9. user through each step of the process, constructing the desired Web page
  10. as it progresses.
